Each team’s budget is a different so it’s really up to you as to how fancy you go. All of the churches listed below have facilities that could be used by a visiting team. Hotel and Home Rentals 

Hotels.com has been a great option. You can find suites that sleep 6, this helps reduce the rate. Most hotels run about $25-29 per person/per night. You want to find a hotel thats around 30 minutes (or closer!) to First Baptist Doraville 5935 New Peachtree Rd Doraville, Ga 30340. Areas to search include Chamblee-Doraville, Brookhaven and Dunwoody.

A room with 1 Queen bed, a pull-out couch and full kitchenette runs about $84. Sleeps four people in a room so about $21 a person per night. Our teams enjoy their pool in the evening!

It’s about ten minutes from First Baptist Doraville where we’ll gather each morning.

For hotels we found the best to be Clarion Inn.The rate is  $99 per night + taxes (total with taxes is $115.88), and it includes a continental breakfast (doesn’t include hot food like eggs and meat like the Comfort Inn, but it is sufficient). 

Make sure you tell her that you’re working with Tim Cummins and Ashley Kendall with Whirlwind Missions. They are working on getting the best deals possible for the teams.

Our friends at First Baptist Church of Doraville let us use their big kitchen for group meals and have been very helpful with that. We just have to make sure that we leave the place absolutely spotless. I usually suggest that we give them a love offering for their utilities as well, but that’s up to you.
